Jacquavius Smith, aka Glokk9 aka 9lokknin is a convicted felon.

In 2020 Smith was arrested for possession of a firearm as a felon.

An Orange County, Florida Judge held him without bail due to Smith being a danger to the community.

In February, 2021, Smith was indicted in federal court on gun related charges.

In July, 2021, Smith entered a guilty plea to three such charges.

In December, 2021, the Federal court sentenced Smith to 87 months incarceration followed by three years of supervised probation with mandatory drug treatment.

Smith was also required to make over $10,000 in restitution payments.

Smith is scheduled to be tried in March 2022 on state racketeering charges.

Smith is also facing second degree attempted murder charges in Florida state court arising from a July, 2021 shooting.

Smith is alleged to have been attempting to kill a rival Orlando rapper.

Smith survived an October, 2020 murder attempt in an Orlando mall by a rival gang.

Dina Lohan, the mother of actress Lindsay Lohan was indicted in May of 2021 for felony drunk driving.

Ms. Lohan was charged after a January, 2020 motor vehicle accident in Long Island.

Ms. Lohan fled the scene at a Nassau County shopping mall.

Ms. Lohan was followed by the other vehicle to her North Merrick home.

Police subsequently were summonsed and arrested Ms. Lohan for drunk driving.

Police allege that Ms. Lohan was found behind the wheel of her Mercedes.

Police indicate that she smelled of an alcoholic beverage, had glassy eyes and had slurred speech.

Ms. Lohan fell getting out of the car and accused the officer of pushing her.

Ms. Lohan faces up to five years in jail if convicted.

The prosecution is recommending six months in jail with five years of probation upon release.

Ms. Lohan has plead not guilty.

In January of 2021, President Trump issued a number of pardons.

Rapper Lil Wayne received one of those pardons.

The pardon was very timely for Lil Wayne who was facing up to 10 years in federal prison at a January 28, 2021 sentencing.

Lil Wayne had earlier entered a guilty plea to possessing a firearm as a convicted felon.

The prohibited weapon was discovered by police during a December 23, 2020 search of Lil Wayne’s possessions while he was entering South Florida on a flight from California.

Lil Wayne had met then President Trump prior to the November 3, 2020 election to discuss legislation designed to help minority businesses.

Lil Wayne drew criticism for posing with Trump and tweeting positively about Trump and the economic plan.

The pardon had been supported by many celebrities including Deion Sanders.

In October, 2020, Mimi was stopped in League City, Texas on suspicion for DUI.

Police indicated Mimi was stopped for swerving and straddling the white line on the road shoulder.

Police complained that Mimi did not stop as quickly as they though she should.

Police also complained that Mimi has on perfume that indicated she was trying to hide the odor of an alcoholic beverage.

Police diagnosed Mimi as having slurred speech and blood shot eyes.

Mimi admitted that she had two glasses of wine at first then changed to two beers, no wine.

Police did not like how the older Mimi was unsteady exiting the vehicle, failed the field tests and was restrained from getting back into her vehicle after being tricked into attempting to prove her sobriety.

Lanez has been charged with shooting Megan Thee Stallion.

Lanez allegedly shot at her feet after she exited his SUV during a disagreement.

Lanez has been charged with assault with a semiautomatic firearm and possessing an unregistered firearm in a motor vehicle.

Lanez is to be arraigned in Los Angeles for these offenses.

Megan initially refused to identify the shooter but later identified Lanez in her social media publications.

Lanez has apparently mentioned the shooting in his rap music.

Lanez and Megan are engaged in a social media war.

  

Dallas Cowby Antwaun Woods charged with Marijuana Possession

In December, 2019, Antwaun Woods, who plays defensive tackle for the NFL’s Dallas Cowboys was stopped for a traffic infraction.

During that traffic infraction, police determined that Woods was in possession of marijuana.

Woods was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence.

The tampering charge arose from Woods placing a marijuana blunt in a drink can.

Woods is in his third season playing for the Cowboys.

Woods is out on injured reserve due to a knee injury suffered in the New England Patriots game in Week 12.
